Olympic Lifts Accessories

I've been "training" Olympic lifts for a while, but never seriously. I'd do PT sessions once maybe twice a week, but never practiced the lifts on my own. I kinda want to see what happens if I actually do. So for the next two months, instead of training PPL at the gym (usual routine), I'm going to start focusing on Olympic lifts specifically. This Arc is one example of that. I have separate Arcs for a Snatch and Clean & Jerk progression. I plan to cycle through them at an actual gym that lets me drop weights instead of going to some fancy gym to lie on the ground and stare at my phone (although maybe I'll keep doing some of that too). This routine might not make sense for everyone, but I'm including it as an example of how you can use timespent to track your workouts.
