timespent – Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service", "EULA") carefully before using the timespent application ("the App", "Licensed Application") operated by glasshouse studio, llc ("us", "we", "our", "glasshouse", "Developer").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you ("End-User", "User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use the App.

1. License Grant

glasshouse studio, llc grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on compatible devices that you own or control. This license does not allow you to use the App on any device that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.

timespent offers subscription-based services with the following options:

Prices may vary based on your country and are subject to change as the app develops. Unless stated otherwise, all subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off before the end of the current subscription period. Payment will be charged to your payment method at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal shortly before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your account settings in the platform's app store.

3. Maintenance and Support

glasshouse studio, llc may, at its sole discretion, provide maintenance and support for the App. You acknowledge that glasshouse studio, llc has no obligation to provide any maintenance, technical support, or updates for the App.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. glasshouse studio, llc DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, THAT THE CONTENT IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE, OR THAT ANY ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED.

5. Data Loss Disclaimer

While glasshouse studio, llc strives to provide a high-quality experience and takes reasonable measures to prevent data loss, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL glasshouse studio, llc BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF CONTENT, OR LOSS OF INFORMATION THAT RESULTS FROM THE USE OF THE APP, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OR WHETHER glasshouse studio, llc HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE APP'S iCLOUD BACKUP FEATURE MAY FAIL, MALFUNCTION, OR NOT WORK AS EXPECTED AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE. SYNCING, BACKUP, AND CLOUD STORAGE FEATURES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY GUARANTEE OF RELIABILITY, ACCURACY, OR TIMELINESS. THE APP MAY EXPERIENCE SYNCHRONIZATION ERRORS, DATA CORRUPTION, INCOMPLETE TRANSFERS, OR TOTAL BACKUP FAILURES. Despite our continuous efforts to improve our services and prevent data-related issues, glasshouse studio, llc MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE PRESERVATION OF YOUR DATA. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR BACKING UP AND SAFEGUARDING ANY DATA OR CONTENT YOU USE IN CONNECTION WITH THE APP THROUGH ALTERNATIVE METHODS.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL glasshouse studio, llc, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF glasshouse studio, llc HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (i) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP; (ii) ANY CHANGES MADE TO THE APP OR ANY TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT CESSATION OF THE APP OR ANY PART THEREOF; (iii) THE UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (iv) THE DELETION OF, CORRUPTION OF, OR FAILURE TO STORE ANY CONTENT OR OTHER DATA MAINTAINED OR TRANSMITTED BY THE APP; (v) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE APP; OR (vi) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE APP.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of glasshouse studio, llc and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of glasshouse studio, llc.

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App (e.g., your wireless data service agreement, platform provider terms).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless glasshouse studio, llc, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the App using your account.

12. Changes to Terms

glasshouse studio, llc reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting to the App or website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Your use of the App may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
